Welcome to November and the theme of dating & relationships! For our first ep of the month we have the lovely Lauren Fondriest, a dating coach who found love through her own journey of self reflection and self love. Lauren and I talk about dating intentionally, being the energy you want to attract, and so much more.

Lauren Fondriest is a Women’s Dating Coach who helps single millennial women date with intention to find their dream partner. She’s a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation who’s been executive coaching in the corporate world and last year launched her business focused on dating. Before meeting her husband, Lauren experienced the struggle of dating for many years, and now her mission is to make dating feel like less of a chore and more of an intentional process to help women find the love of their life.
