1962 the year of our lord. In this episode we catch up with Marilyn and her death. Was it all about the Kennedy's? Did a man have a pension for enemas? Communism? Moving pamphlets? I guess we'll have an answer soon...

Before we get to her death in 1962, we need to talk about who Marilyn was.

She was smart, funny, well-liked, you name it. But there was a lot more going on behind the scenes. At her core, Marilyn wanted a family. Daughter of a schizophrenic, as a child she was passed from foster home to foster home. Her destructive childhood would be enough to shake the strongest of humans to their core, and set them on a path of misery; but Marilyn wanted more for herself, even if her childhood clouded her judgment.

Some people want success out of spite, but it seemed that Marilyn wanted success simply for structure. Unfortunately, her past would haunt her daily, proving that we inherit the sins of our parents; culminating in her death at the age of 36.

1961 was a bit of a wake-up call for the United States, at least, those who chose to pay attention. In Louisiana though, something happened that brought so much attention to the town, the Supreme Court had to get involved...a couple of times.

So, a man walks into a bank...and things don't go well. After that, we've got corrupt governors, prison diaries, and a completely different version of events from a different source.
