My Guest - Shweta Pandey, is a legal consultant. She provides a one-stop solution like (training, digital marketing promotion, and legal support to their work) to Entrepreneurs or who want to start their start-up.

Shweta was born in a village and completed her education in a non-English medium. With language issues on one side and gender issues, she developed self-doubt, eventually leading to anxiety. 

Embracing Buddhism helped her with a new philosophy of life. She got clarity around her mission, and now she is working as an entrepreneur helping women in their struggle.

Naishadh is the Founder of Your Career Down Under and has been working with skilled migrants and international graduates to find a job, build their careers, and realize their Aussie dreams. Also, the Co-founder of the Career Care Package with Karalyn.

Naishadh shares his story on how landing in Australia in 2007 and the change of career from Sales engineer to Employment and career coach was the best decision he ever made. Using his strengths like compassion, curiosity, training, coaching, and mentoring, he built his company "Career down under" from scratch and helped thousands of people live their Aussie dream.

Karalyn, or as I call her KB, is the Founder of Interview IQ. 

She is also the founder of "the straight to shortlist challenge" - a course that sets people up to get five meetings with five employers in five weeks. She is also a co-host of a Career care package with Naishadh.

A decade ago, Karalyn made some bold decisions when she quit her corporate job to pursue her dream to start on her own. With a new apartment under her name when she left her corporate job, she had no clue how she would sustain; however, she was determined to move ahead and not look back at the boring corporate life. A decade later, she has a global audience, a strong brand, and a solid business.
