Some things prevent us from being emotionally available. These things need to change/heal so that we can be available for connection.

Sometimes fear causes us to hang on to people and situations that no longer serves us but it's convenient and familiar.

Emotionally available people can forge and maintain emotional connections with others.

Can we sent boundaries, manage difficult conversations and still stay connected?
