Back to normal this week, which I have to say was a bit of a relief.

The 'planned' episodes take quite a bit more time in terms of prep & recording and before you say 'pull your finger out and make a bit of effort' let me explain my rationale. TFM was always supposed to be a one shot kind of affair, no editing, raw and in the moment. At least that was the plan.

Don't get me wrong I like the episodes where I try and be a bit clever, but they do in truth drag me away from that premise of me in front of a mic, mentally un-burdening.

Therapy For Me (or TFM as I now refer to it) is a bit of an audio curiosity. It started out as a mechanism for me to clear my head, with the hope that by saying stuff out loud it would act as a little bit of self-help. It's remains loose in style, fluid in terms of content and raw - it's a one take, press record and see what happens, affair.
