Who doesn't love and appreciate first responders? They uniquely put themselves in harms way and expose themselves to danger and death on a daily basis in order to rescue the perishing, defend the vulnerable, and pursue justice. How does God want His church to minister to these servant heroes? Dr. Kimberly Kiefer is here to help the Body of Christ grow in awareness of the unique life experience of first responders and how God wants His bride to minister to these special people.
Dr. Kimberly Kiefer, DMin, is a chaplain, former law enforcement officer (LEO), and first responder advocate. As both an expert in crisis intervention and an elder candidate in the Global Methodist Church, Kimberly creates compassionate, practical training for law enforcement personnel and blends years of hands-on LEO experience with deep spiritual insight and care.

It's due time to work out our evangelism muscles that have atrophied. This is the subject of focus for today's conversation on STG. We're joined by Ryan Barnett, COO of the MidTexas Conference of the GMC, and Dr. Luther Oconer, Associate Professor at Asbury Theological Seminary and Conference Superintendent of the Mega Manila Conference of the GMC. Christ For All: Every Methodist An Evangelist, is a new resource from the Francis Asbury Society that was made for the purpose of equipping GMC Christians for the necessary work of evangelism.
This resource was originally developed for participants of the NextLevel Evangelism Conference hosted by The Wesley House of Studies at Truett Theological Seminary (Baylor University). The Spirit of God is moving in powerful ways among Methodists; notably, though not exclusively in the Global Methodist Church, which is experiencing exponential growth. Many believe that a global awakening has begun as we find ourselves in the greatest ingathering of Christians in human history. It is our hope that every Methodist church across the globe might decide to be an active participant in what God is doing. For that to happen, evangelism cannot be the domain of professional clergy alone. It must be the work of the entire priesthood of believers. Thus, our title: Christ for All: Every Methodist an Evangelist.

Bishop Greenway joins STG for a special conversation about making disciples who make disciples and raising up a next generation of leaders to succeed all of us! What wisdom he shares. Hear a beautiful story from a man who is foundational to the movement known as the Global Methodist Church.
Jeff loves being a pastor and teacher--whether serving a local church or annual conference. His passion is to make disciples who spread scriptural holiness with their lives by introducing people to Jesus, discipling them to maturity in holiness, and helping them discover and use their gifts for ministry as we engage in the mission of Jesus wherever they live, work, study or play. He is most excited about helping people discover and experience the second half of the Gospel--not just being forgiven for our sin but also being freed to live a holy life.

Together, Pastors Erik and Stephanie Smallwood lead Elgin Methodist Church in Elgin, TX. They believe church isn’t just a service you attend—it’s a family you belong to. It’s a place where real people can grow in a real relationship with Jesus, and where friendships go deeper than Sunday mornings. Erik and Stephanie love serving together and reminding people they were made on purpose, for a purpose. Most of all, they want you to know this truth that changes everything:
Jesus loves you. His grace is for you. And He can transform your life from the inside out.
You can follow Erik and Stephanie on Instagram.

Today, we are joined by Rev. Jeffrey Rickman, host of the PlainSpoken podcast and self-proclaimed "King of the Methodists." Okay, so that title is clearly a joke. Hope we got your attention.
Jeffrey is a Global Methodist pastor and a thoughtful voice in the Wesleyan and Methodist world. Through PlainSpoken, he has created a space for clear, direct, and faithful conversation about American Methodism, the broader Christian church, and the cultural questions facing believers today.
Jeffrey is not afraid to speak plainly, but he does so with a deep concern for the church’s faithfulness, witness, and future. His work calls Methodists to remember who we are, recover our theological identity, and stay rooted in the scriptural holiness that has always been at the heart of our movement.
In this conversation, we’ll talk with Jeffrey about all things GMC and the upcoming General Conference in Johanseburg, South Afgrica. We hope you enjoy this conversation where we discuss our convictions and what it means for the church to remain faithful in a time when clarity is desperately needed.

There in a theater chair, wide-eyed and filled to the brim with Coca-Cola, Beth began a lifelong love for stories. She loved to tell them, write them, and be told them. The story that captured her heart and consumed her life, however, was not told in a movie theater. It was the story told in Sunday School of Jesus, a Savior who loved children and who thought she was special. A seed was planted in her young heart that would grow to mark her life with a passionate love for Christ.
At the age of 18, Beth sensed God calling her to work for Him. Although she couldn't imagine what that would mean, she made it her goal to say yes to whatever He asked. Beth graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a degree in political science. She would later receive honorary doctorates from Howard Payne University and Gordon College.
She married Keith in 1978 and soon after the Lord added Amanda and Melissa to the family. As a young wife and mother, Beth served the Lord by speaking at luncheons and retreats and working at Mother's Day Out.
After years of being encouraged to develop homework by those attending Bible Study class led by Beth, she realized what she had on her hands was a ‘ministry’. Beth founded Living Proof Ministries in 1994 with the purpose of teaching women to know and love Jesus through the study of Scripture.
She self- published her first book, Things Pondered, in 1993, and published her first Bible Study, A Woman’s Heart: God’s Dwelling Place in 1995. Since then, the studies have been translated into over 20 languages and have reached women in countries all across the globe. In addition to her writing, Beth enjoys ministering to women at live events. Beth recently celebrated a landmark 25 years of Living Proof Live conferences and she’s still counting. She can be seen teaching Bible studies on the Living Proof Ministries YouTube channel and the Living Proof Ministries app.
Beth and her husband Keith reside in the country just outside of Houston, Texas where they share a gleeful love of dogs and wildlife. She has two adult daughters she calls her best friends and an armful of grandchildren.
