Story Transcript:

Cy: Ym mis Ionawr, yng nghanol storm go iawn, Gethin a Carys dodant i'r swyddfa gorfforaethol brysur yng Nghaerdydd.
En: In January, in the midst of a real storm, Gethin and Carys arrived at the busy corporate office in Cardiff.

Cy: Heb iddo aros am ei baned cynnar o de, roedd Gethin yn brysio i bwyntio'r ffeiliau diweddaraf ar ei ddesg.
En: Without waiting for his early cup of tea, Gethin rushed to arrange the latest files on his desk.

Cy: Roedd y swyddfa'n orlawn o bobl ifainc mewn cotiau trwchus, yn castigu'u breichiau eu hunain wrth dreulio oriau hir o flaen sgriniau goleuedig.
En: The office was crowded with young people in thick coats, rubbing their own arms while spending long hours in front of glowing screens.

Cy: Carys, hefyd, teimlodd yr oerfel yn torri trwy ei côt.
En: Carys, too, felt the cold piercing through her coat.

Cy: Roedd hi newydd ddod allan o doriad calonnus, ac roedd ei brwdfrydedd yn dirwyn i ben gyda'r nadroedd.
En: She had just come out of a heartbreak, and her enthusiasm was dwindling with the serpents.

Cy: Wrthi'n gosod ei gliniadur ar ei desg yn y swyddfa greadigol, chwilio am syniadau newydd a hwyliog, roedd ei meddwl yn draddodi 'i diddanu.
En: Setting up her laptop at her desk in the creative office, searching for new and exciting ideas, her mind was awake to entertain.

Cy: Heddiw, roedd gobaith o newid.
En: Today, there was hope for change.

Cy: Roedd cynhadledd fusnes yn Barcelona yn cynnig cyfle, ac roedd Gethin yn awyddus i greu argraff i sicrhau dyrchafiad.
En: A business conference in Barcelona offered an opportunity, and Gethin was eager to make an impression to secure a promotion.

Cy: Roedd Carys yn disgwyl i'r amgylchedd newydd ysgogiu ei dychymyg.
En: Carys hoped the new environment would spark her imagination.

Cy: Ond, gyda gwyntoedd gwyntog Lloegr, roedd eu cynlluniau mewn peryg.
En: But with the gusty winds of England, their plans were in danger.

Cy: Yn eu sgrialu trwy'r maes awyr, daeth newydd drwg - roedd eu hediad wedi'i ohirio.
En: While scrambling through the airport, bad news arrived - their flight had been delayed.

Cy: Roedd Gethin yn chwithig iawn; roedd yr amser yn gyfyngedig ac roedd y cyflwyniad nau pryderi iddo, ond daliai ei ben i fyny.
En: Gethin was quite awkward; time was limited, and the presentation worried him, but he kept his head up.

Cy: "'Dw i yn dy fotsio," daeth Carys mewn gwen, "dewch i chwilio am syniadau."
En: "'I'm rooting for you," Carys said with a smile, "let's forage for ideas."

Cy: Tra'r oedd pobl yn siglo o'i hamgylch fel dŵr yn yfanneflym, cymerodd Gethin ei papuren cyflwyniad allan a dechreuodd ymarfer.
En: While people swirled around them like water in a swift stream, Gethin took out his presentation papers and began practicing.

Cy: Roedd Carys yn crwydro o amgylch y terminalau, gan greu brasluniau a chofnodi ei meddyliau yn harff.
En: Carys wandered around the terminals, sketching and jotting down her thoughts in her notebook.

Cy: Wrth i'r awyreon gwalltio'n llonies wrth y diogelwch, daeth her newydd - roedd y tywydd wedi gwaethygu a chaeawyd yr holl hediadau.
En: As the planes groaned gently at the security, a new challenge emerged - the weather had worsened, and all flights were canceled.

Cy: Anogodd Carys Gethin gyda hyder wedi'i adfer, "Gallwn ni weithio'n gilydd i ffeindio ffordd arall."
En: Carys encouraged Gethin with restored confidence, "We can work together to find another way."

Cy: Wrth eu tramwy trwy rwystrau, dechreuodd eu cydweithrediad ddatblygu, fel glud rhwng y celfyddyd a'r ffigyrau.
En: As they navigated through obstacles, their collaboration began to develop, like glue between the art and the figures.

Cy: Yn hwyr erbyn y cynhadledd, diamod ond llawn gobaith, cyrhaeddodd y ddau ben taith.
En: Late for the conference, unconditionally but full of hope, the two arrived at the end of their journey.

Cy: Yn ffug o hyd gyda phrofiadau newydd, cyflwynodd Gethin ei waith yn deimladol tra oedd Carys yn tynnu lluniau meddyliau'r tair pennod newydd cadeirydd.
En: Brimming still with new experiences, Gethin delivered his work with emotion while Carys captured the thoughts of the new chair's three chapters with her art.

Cy: Daeth yr her yn fanteisio - deallai Gethin bwysigrwydd hyblygrwydd a'r pŵer o gydweithio croesddiwylliannol, ac roedd Carys wedi ffeindio hunanadeb a chelfyddyd ysbrydoledig ym mhartneriaeth annirpiol.
En: The challenge turned advantageous - Gethin realized the importance of flexibility and the power of cross-cultural collaboration, and Carys found self-confidence and inspiring art in their indefatigable partnership.

Cy: Gyda'i gilydd, llwyddo nhw i greu trawsnewidiad diwylliannol na welsent mohono ond ar glawr hen lyfr.
En: Together, they succeeded in creating a cultural transformation they had only ever seen on the cover of an old book.
