Over two decades of working with creatives, I have encountered a common thread between these amazing women. They have the idea that structure is the enemy.

Embracing structure is an up-level in our lives. It's the ticket to creating spaciousness to do everything we want.

In this episode, I share how I use structure, invite you to get curious about structure, and debunk a common myth or two about structure being a creative killer.

Integrity - what does that word mean to you, and what does it look like in your life?

Being a person of your word builds connection, safety, and value.

While I find it EASY to have integrity with others, I spent most of my life struggling to have integrity with myself.

So, why does it matter if we create or experience or witness magic each day?

Well, it matters a great deal if you want to live an intentional life of possibility. 

I don’t know about you, but I struggle to find possibility when I am exhausted, sloshing through the daily grind, and not allowing my senses to fully be open and in movement. 

If you're having a human experience then you know grief. And much like most things in life, you can’t experience grief right or wrong. It just is.

I believe that we have the ability to stay in creative movement while grieving and I highly recommend it. I explain how and why in this episode.
