Host Pete Solomita interviews Aria Anjali and Anand Agneshwar. Aria Anjali is a 14 year old singer/songwriter, piano player, guitarist and performer in the New York area. She has performed at various venues in the Hudson Valley and New York City, including The Towne Crier in Beacon, the Hoot Festival in Cold Spring, and City Winery in Manhattan.  You can find her on instagram at @ariaanjali and on most streaming platforms.

Aria Anjali's dad, Anand, is an attorney by day but loves backing up his daughter on the guitar and supporting her music career.

Host Pete Solomita interviews George Wallace, writer in residence at the Walt Whitman Birthplace, author of 40 chapbooks of poetry, and editor of NYC: An Anthology of New York City Poems (2022). From his base of operations in New York City he travel internationally to share his work, and has received top honors in major international festivals in China, Greece, Bulgaria, Macedonia and the US. He is also curator of POETS BUILDING BRIDGES, a zoom triangulation of poetry groups worldwide. George is also an advocate of poetry in performance, has collaborated with numerous well known musicians and artists, and most recently in 2022-23 brought out two albums of spoken word/music inspired by his poetry.

Ron is the author of Divine Comedy, Suburban Ambush, Night Shift, A Change in the Weather, Welcome to the Barbecue and Swimming in the Shallow End. He's had work in many well regarded publications including: Gathering of the Tribes, Great Weather for Media, NYC From the Inside, The Opiate,  Public Illumination Magazine, the Riverside Poets Anthology, The Silver Tongued Devil anthology, Sparring With Beatnik Ghosts Omnibus and the Brownstone Poets anthologies. Ron’s papers were purchased by the New York University Library. Ron has a book coming out soon on Pink Trees Press.

Prize nominee. She also studied literary  theory and criticism at the University of Zurich. Jennifer has lived and traveled abroad for 18 years. She is the host of the popular weekly Phoenix Poetry open mic and reading series. 

Host Pete Solomita interviews Adam Selbst, a designer, writer and storyteller from Brooklyn, NY. He has been mugged over 15 times, attacked by a tiger his mother was taking care of and once meandered into a foreign war because he wasn’t paying attention. He is not smart. He’s been featured on McSweeney’s, The Moth, Risk!, Story Collider, the Artichoke, WBAI and many other places. He is the host of Big Irv's Storytelling Roadshow.

Host Pete Solomita interviews Madeline Artenberg. Madeline was a photo journalist and street theater performer before discovering her love for poetry.  Her work appears in publications such as, Rattle, The Poet and MacQueens Quinterly. She was a semi-finalist in Margie, The American Journal of Poetry contest and finalist in Mudfish 2020 contest. One of her poems was nominated as Best of the Net 2020 by Poets Wear Prada. Madeline has a book of her poems coming out in 2023 on Pink Trees Press.

Host Pete Solomita interviews long time friend, musician and songwriter Fred Argenziano. They talk about their history, music influences in playing and songwriting and their Fred's contribution to Pete's spoken word project The Bitter Pill Collective. 

Pete Solomita interviews Mimsey Mack, a musician, writer and poet. Mimsey talks about her childhood, becoming a born again christian and then getting away from an abusive husband and the steps it took to heal herself and familly. In 2006 Mimsey moves to NYC making a living as a physical therapist, becomes a musician and part of the music scene of the city. She reads very powerful poems about being in an abusive relationship and what it took to leave. 

Pete interviews Begoyna Plaza-Rosenbluth, film and stage actress, writer and director. Begonya reads her new essay The Passion Flower, dedicated to Delores Ibarruri, "La Pasionaria" for her 127 birthday  on 12.9.22. Delores was a heroine of the Spanish Civil War that overcame huge obstacles in life and made a big impact on Begonya's life and roots in Spanish culture.

Pete Solomita interviews singer/songwriter, author and designer Phil Gammage. They talk about Phil moving from Texas to NYC, his love of film noir and pulp fiction, early musical influences, 90's nyc music scene, Phil's current blues and country recordings and bands plus other artistic endeavors such as writing short stories and fiction.
