Let me tell you the story about how a professional wrestler sex tape as well as getting fired and also winning a reality game show, while having your business stolen from you, and ultimately being a terrible hire, set me up to be one of the best Facebook advertisers in the world  So back in 2012 I was a SiriusXM radio personality, but the guy that owned my radio station filmed his wife having sex with an old professional wrestler. This sex tape got out and ultimately was published. The lawsuit that entailed for me was hundreds of millions of dollars and ended up ruining the company that published the tape. Part of the lawsuit though also ruined the radio station I was at and I was forced out.  A couple of months later I was in Los Angeles, 2500 miles away, and I was working for what could add best be described as an illegitimate ad agency. After Automating all my work, I was ultimately let go because the company that is higher than our agency figured out what they were doing.  From there I started my own agency and was featured on AMCs show “The Pitch”. I actually won that episode and got the business of 1-800-flowers in social gifting. But you may have seen in another story time.  However my business partner who is also an attorney that also has funding the company and did all the paperwork set up in a way that he basically just fired me a soon as he hit the jackpot.  From there I started my own agency again, Doing organic social for people like I have been all along but my biggest client fired me because he got more form 100 bucks in Facebook ads than his $2000 a month could ever do from me.  So the next day I put my credit card into Facebook and started promoting my band. Within three months I was doing paid media for Danny Trejo and Jay and Silent Bob, within six months I was running Jamba Juice and cruise lines, and within nine months I got a job spending over $1 million a day being a supervisor at Omnicom.  From there I did a ton of case studies and spent many many millions of dollars over the next few years, joined the Facebook Disrupter group, and ultimately worked with Facebook to define best practices for the better part of a decade now.
