Christmas 2019, Sky got a call she never thought would come. Her brother, Navy Seaman Sealth Noah Sheppard was dead. He was found hanging in his room aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt. Sky shares her experiences as an older sibling dealing with the suicide of her brother. Her story may be able to help others with the same experiences.
