In the third episode of STFH I am joined by Sophia Hassan, a South Asian Glaswegian, who works as a Personal Trainer and trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

I first came in to contact with Sophia during my first year of practising Ramadan in 2021. Sophia agreed to do an Instagram Live chat with me, all to do with fasting during Ramadan and how this affects physical health and performance.

I am so pleased to say that the first Straight From The Heart podcast is available to listen to now!

I had been keen to get something new off the ground and have been speaking to a few potential guests in recent months. Who went first was just going to be a matter of availability and good fortune, but I am delighted today to be able to upload the debut episode of the Straight From The Heart podcast, with TGO Gym's Georgie Delaney!

I am not going to preview the show too much in this post, but I'd really urge you to find thirty minutes this weekend to give this a listen - it is just the first of a large number of episodes I intend to record with inspirational and motivational women and men.
