Recorded before the very sad news about the Queen.
We sat down for episode 200 and got the thoughts of the Stramash! team ahead of the season. We also reached out to some others who shared their thoughts on how things might go!
We kick things off this week with a pre-season sit down chat with Giants punter Jamie Gillan. We hear how things have been going since his move from Cleveland (via Buffalo) and gets his thoughts on kicking his first NFL field goal!
The team then get together to discuss some of our favourite developing stories ahead of the 2022 season, covering a wide range of topics.
Cameron and Paul are joined by the great Kevin Harlan as we're delighted to welcome him back to the show.
We discuss his highlights from last season, and also look ahead to this one.
We also discuss how the broadcast team is set up, how Kevin researches for games, what other sport would he like to cover and he accepts our Stramash challenge!!
We hope you enjoy this as much as we did!
Cameron, Gordon and Paul turn the attention to the West this week as we complete our divisional round ups with a look at what could be two of the best in the 2022 season!
We start with the AFC and ask who has improve, who has not and who if anyone can stop the Chiefs winning it again?!
We then turn to the NFC as we look at the best and worst case scenarios for all the sides as we wonder if the Rams can repeat, does Arizona have the best WR depth in the NFL and Cameron spins the Jimmy G contract news!
All that and our usual wee blether at the end!!
Cameron, Charles, Gordon and Paul turn their attention to the South this week.
Starting with the AFC, we wonder if the Titans stay on top, can the Colts not capitulate in Jacksonville? And what's the best hopes for the Texans?
It's then onto the NFC as we ask Paul again, what'll it take for him to accept Winston... we wonder where Brady has been, discuss the new QB1 in Carolina and wonder which week Ridder takes the reigns in Atlanta
All that plus we need your input on our awards for the 2022 season!
Cameron, Ian, Jamie and Paul get together to preview the East Divisions ahead of the 2022 season.
We ask if anyone can topple the Bills in the AFC, as we raise questions to be answered for the other sides in the division
We then focus in on the NFC East as we're also joined by Lawrence Tynes to discuss what this year means for the Giants.
All that, delivered as ever, with a substantial amount of Scottish skepticism.
We're back from our summer break as we get ready for the new NFL season and this year we've made some changes ourselves.
Cameron & Paul kick us off to explain a little of why we've decided to change things, before we get into the new version of this podcast ahead of the 2022 season.
But don't worry, it's still the same old pish as we start with a wee look at the North Divisions meaning it's more Packers and Ravens chat!!
Let us know your thoughts on the changes, and as ever share your thoughts on what we discuss.
Cameron and Paul get together ahead of our summer break as we have a look at some of the stories in the NFL at the moment. It's Trope-ical
We then take a moment to look back on some personal highlights of the Podcast so far, as we're spending the next couple weeks working on taking things forward!
Cameron, Ian and Paul catch up to have a blether about some of the stories within the NFL including an increase to Wembley prices for 2022 and some key retiring players.
We also take to your twitter questions as we cover a number of things we'd asked us!
Cameron, Gordon, Ian & Paul get together following the release of the 2022 NFL Schedule as we look at week 1, TNF, MNF, SNF and Thanks Giving fixtures.
