This is a trial taking place now. June/July 2019. the trial is perhaps half way through. It is claimed that less than 5% of males are peadophiles, that is interested in young teenage girls, not including males interested in boys. 
 Lucy McHugh was 12 years of age living in Southampton who started a relationship with a 24 year old lodger that seemed to end in her murder when she claimed she was pregnant by him. She wasn't pregnant when she was murdered aged 13.
There were warning signs that seemed to be missed by the parents and although flagged by the school were not acted upon by Social Services who admittedly have a very difficult job.
This is part one of a story that will be concluded when the trial has finished.
