Strange uncles podcast

Its been a bit since we did an original write-up, and this one was fun! John/Josh take the lead in the research on this due to my real life getting in the way, so much appreciated guys! If you ever wondered how hard it would be to just go away, or at the least, try to clean up your digital footprint, than this is the episode for you. We think this year, more than any other year, we all thought about just "going away" to try and find something better. I joke all the time with my buddy Mitchell from Canada, that he needs to find a bed for me, just in case I've had enough here in the good ol' US of A....Open the Gates...

We had the absolute pleasure to invite on the show Dr. Mary Helen Hensley. An amazing woman with an amazing past. Her meaning of life struck her when she was in a near fatal car crash. With a broken neck among other injuries, that moment in time defined who she would be for the rest of her life. With several books out and a certified Chiropractor, she helps people around the world heal using Sound, Vibration, Frequency & Light. Listening to her tell her story & discuss the theory behind her talent is truly amazing. I hope you, the listeners, enjoy it as much as we did. Open the gates.

*Thank you so much Dr. Hensley for taking the time!  Anyone that is curious about her, you can find her website at https://www.maryhelenhensley.com/

Standby listeners, because this one is a doozy...We had the pleasure of having on the show all at the same time, Bigfoot Researcher & documentarian Darcy Weir, Bigfoot Researcher & Audio Specialist David Ellis, and Bigfoot Researcher and investigator Shane Corson. All three gentleman are well beloved in the Cryptid community, especially in the Bigfoot Niche. Both David & Shane are part of the "Olympic Project", which is one of the largest BF investigative projects in the world, while Darcy not only released a Documentary called "Sasquatch Among Wildmen", but has produced other doc's, such as the "Beyond the Spectrum" series. It was great having them on to represent the Bigfoot Fortean field as a whole. Hopefully you guys love them as much as we did. Open the Gates...

Tried to get this one on before Halloween, but still an awesome interview with a Demonologist by the name of Nathanial Gillis. Very interesting viewpoint of how he sees what is happening with possessions, the Nephilim, & other possible infestations that he has spent his lifetime to unravel. Loved having him on & we feel we just touched the tip of the iceberg. Open the Gates.

So we have been kicking the tires on doing a Number Station Episode for a while now, and finally decided to cover it. As odd as they are, is there really a hidden mystery surrounding them? Or are they simply an age old, non Tech way to share messages to certain groups or individuals? Some have been occurring over & over at certain intervals for decades, and oddly enough, some are fairly recent. So why? In this age of technology, why are they still occurring? We ask all these questions & more as we go down the Rabbit Hole of Number Stations....Open the gates.

Welcome Strangers to the early release of Episode 2! So john, Josh and I all agree hands down, that this was one of the best Guest's we have had on the show. Mira Ptacin is the Author of "The In-Betweens: The Spiritualists, Mediums, and Legends of Camp Etna". Fantastic read into not only the history of the Spiritualism Movement, but how it shaped the lives of Spiritualists at a community called Camp Etna in Maine. Not only is the book a must read for anyone interested in this realm, but Mira is a fantastic, open minded, open heart type of person, and it was an absolute joy to talk to her, and we hope to have her on again!   Finally!  Thanks so much for the patience Strangers....We are back from our break, and are ready to shove more content down your proverbial throat holes.  This is the first episode to kick off Season 4, and in our humble opinion, its a doozy for sure.  I (Shane), spent various emails back & forth trying to line up an author by the name of Tea Krulos.  John first discovered him, and then Josh read it, than I read it, and for what its worth, if you have never listened to our advice before, please do so now:  "American madness" by Tea Krulos is probably one of the best books we have read in a while.  All about the Rabbit holes of Conspiracies, and the bulk of the book centers around a man who reached out to him years ago, and the story is nothing but wild.  Highly recommended, and hope everyone loves the Episode as much as we loved having Tea on!

Welcome to the weird world of a man by the name of Jack Parson's.  If his name doesn't ring a bell, it will after you listen to these two episodes.  An epic Rocket Scientist who led us into space technology in the 50's like no other.  But his other love was...well, the Occult.  Scientist by day, Occult madman by night, Jack parsons is one character in history that cannot go unnoticed.  Open the gates...
