It's been a while since I last worked here... here's an update

Is it time to branch out and get some perspective on the world? I made this episode for a girl that sent me a message on IG, and I think it can benefit anyone who's thinking about traveling to dance, but hasn't done it yet 💕 

Directions: Take 1400MG of Magnesium Citrate before you go to sleep.

Don't go to work the following day… Maybe you can go that night if you've had a lot of bowel movements already. But I don't know if I would chance it.
