And they hold each other accountable to the singular motive of God's glory. These leaders build cultures within organizations that embrace this biblical definition of good works. Consequently, the fruit of organizations committed to God's will, ways, timing, and glory will be good!

Seeking to deliver value without a sound foundation in Scripture is folly and will not produce enduring success. True value can only be produced through faithful obedience to the principles that emanate from the Creator. This will produce true value and true success.

Organizational leaders must be clear about what God is building and seek to build with him. People and organizations are created to fulfill a role in the metanarrative. The challenge is to see our roles and serve the purpose of God by fulfilling our roles according to the will and ways of God. This is the only way to true success in life individually and organizationally. When organizations function this way, they will deliver excellent value and be profitable because they are building with God. Attempting to build any other way will be vanity and failure.

Such people live like Jesus, who modeled a holistic lifestyle regulated by Scripture. On issues to which Scripture speaks unequivocally, disciples obey Scripture. On issues to which Scripture is equivocal (not clear), disciples engage in ethical reflection with the assistance of other godly people, seeking wisdom from Scripture. This is the way of a disciple of Jesus. Organizations whose stakeholders live like Jesus will bear enduring fruit for the glory of God. This is true success.

Wise organizational leaders and managers must learn how to read the signs of the times so that they will know how to respond to societal trends. The way forward is always alignment with the will and ways of God. This is the only path to divine blessings. Any misalignment with God will lead to judgment. In every way possible, leaders and managers must teach, support, and practice Christian values and principles. Enduring economic blessings are tied to obedience to God. There can be no compromise.
