This week Andrew and Ted take a glimpse into the afterlife with Apple TV's "Eternity", starring Miles Teller (Larry), Elizabeth Olsen (Joan), and Callum Turner (Luke). Larry passes leaving his wife, Joan, of 60 something years behind to deal with her terminal cancer. Larry enters the train station, "junction", of the afterlife alone to make decisions. As Larry is heading off to his chosen eternity destination he notices Joan arriving into the afterlife. Subsequently, he turns around to be with her. The twist is that Luke, Joan's first husband, has been waiting at the "junction" for 65 years after his passing during the Korean war. This week Andrew and Ted talk BIG GUNS! That's right! Momoa and Bautista starring in the BIG BUDGET Prime Video original "The Wrecking Crew". Estranged half brothers James (Bautista) and Jonny (Momoa) are reunited after several decades as they team up to find who killed their private investigator dad. With plenty of bad blood, don't sue us Taylor for using that phrase, between the two of them it takes, as the kids say today, a HOT MINUTE for the two of them find enough peace between the two of them to focus energy and direction on locating the killer(s). This week on THE show Andrew and Ted discuss the Netflix original Rom/Com "People We Meet on Vacation" starring Emily Bader (Poppy) and Tom Blyth (Alex). Poppy and Alex meet on share ride from college back to their shared hometown during a break. Subsequently they become platonic best friends that end up making a pack that now matter where life takes them they will meet once a year for a week long vacation. After nine years and failed personal relationships and a falling out between each other they come to admit to each other that they in fact were in love with the other. A boyfriend (Russ) and girlfriend (Anna) decide to adopt a dog, MERV. But things change after they breakup and end up sharing custody of MERV (a dog). MERV develops separation depression so Russ decides to take MERV to a dog resort on the beach. When Anna gets wind of this she surprises them at the resort. During the week long MERV therapy vacation Russ (Charlie Cox) and Anna (Zooey Deschenel) end up discovering that their feeling for each other not only run deep but begin to question whether their separation was a mistake. This week Andrew and Ted sit down to discuss the Netflix South Korean original thriller film "The Great Flood". Antarctica is hit by an asteroid causing the glaciers to instantly melt raising the ocean levels quickly along with sending tsunami outward. An-na, an AI researcher, is awaken by her son as the water levels have hit their apartment on the 3rd floor of their 30 floor complex. An-na receives a call from her boss letting her know that someone is coming to get her but she should proceed to the roof of her apartment complex. After gathering few items, An-na and her son Ja-in leave their apartment and head towards the roof. They meet up with Hee-jo, sent to insure her safety to the roof where a helicopter will be waiting. Fighting the rising waters, along with instances arising from her neighbors as well as additional tsunami's An-na, Ja-in, and Hee-jo make it to the roof where the audience discovers a secret about An-na her job and Ja-in.
