In a time when texting trumps the tête-à-tête we could all benefit from a refresher on the art of having good conversations. So, put down your phone, put on your stretchy pants and sit back and enjoy some straight talk on potential pitfalls to having meaningful and gratifying conversations.

In this episode the gals share their philosophy on napping and the culture of sleep they have imbued in their households by creating sleep routines and conclaves of comfort to encourage napping; not only for family members but visitors too!
