What happens when people who have more money than locals move into communities where the locals are struggling with the cost of living, the cost of housing, and limited opportunities?

In this episode, I discuss the economic and social impact of relocating to Sardinia, and why you should not ask what Sardinia has to offer to newcomers, but what newcomers can contribute to the island.
