Striped Sweater Podcast

Ahoy! The Bikini Bottom Bad Boys, Zach and Alex, are back at it once more. This time talking about two absolute LEGENDARY episodes of Spongebob Squarepants.

The Secret Box tells the tale of just that, a mysterious box acquired by Patrick holds something that no one else is allowed to see, not even Spongebob! Spongebob does not handle this very well! Join us as we cover this dramatic confrontation of sea sponge and star!

In Band Geeks (yeah you probably already know) we follow Squidward on a quest for the ages as he tries to conjure up a band to play the magnificent Bubble Bowl. Oh man, what to say about this one that hasn't already been said?! The absolute master-class Spongebob episode!

Mehoy menoy! We are back to the Spongebob contnet you all know and love! AHOY!

The Bikini Bottom Bad Boys (your hosts, Zach and Alex) take a trip to the restaurant district of Bikini Bottom after Spongebob is forced to work for Plankton at the Chum Bucket! Featuring one of the BEST original songs in all of Spongebob, this is an episode you cannot miss!

Secondly we tackle what Alex thinks is the HANDS DOWN creepiest episode of Spongebob EVER! If you were spooked by this one as a kid we are certain you remember the horrorible monster that is Frankendoodle or Doodlebob as he is also known. Truly unsettling when I watched this one as a 9 year old, and honestly it's still a little bit creepy!

Hey gang! We apologize for being without Season 2 Episode 14 of our regularly scheduled programming. In it's place we have this unique podcast in which Zach and Alex talk about everything and nothing... and football as we watch our Detroit Lions take on the Green Bay Packers. We hope you enjoy yourself! We will be back on track next week with Welcome to the Chum Bucket and Frankendoodle! Thank you for your continued support!

Ahoy gang! We are back again, this time with a very special couple of episodes!

First we take an interesting trip through Patchy the Pirate's house before he presents his "favorite" episode Shanghaied which is perhaps the most lore-building episode for the Flying Dutchman! This episode also featured three separate endings that were voted on LIVE back in 2001! You aren't gonna want to miss us relive this one!

Secondly, we tackle a shorter episode in Gary Takes a Bath! Gary in all his cat-like glory is not very interested when Spongebob decides to bathe him. Shenanigans ensue as Gary remains one step ahead of Spongebob all episode long!

Thank you so much for listening to us ramble! We love you!

Ahoy! The Bikini Bottom Bad Boys of Zach and Alex are back this week with two more great episodes!

In "Pressure" we follow Spongebob as he and Sandy answer the age old question: which is better? sea critters or land critters? There is some great live action footage in this one!

"The Smoking Peanut" follows Spongebob and Patrick to the Bikini Bottom Zoo to see the great Clamu! The sweet innocent animal is boiled to an emotional rage after Spongebob throws a peanut at it! And only fun stuff can happen from there!

WE ARE BACK! After an unplanned week off from our civic duty, the Bikini Bottom Bad Boys of Zach and Alex are back with a vengeance.

This time we cover what is probably the most beloved Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy tale. Sponge and Pat are set to watch the Mermalair when Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy go out of town. MANRAY however throws a wrench in the well-oiled machine and things get pretty wild.

Next we tackle the hullabaloo of the Komedy Krab as Spongebob begins his stand-up comedy career! He finds success but only by making fun of his supposed "best friend" Sandy. This one gets a little emotional as Spongebob can't decide between his friends and his new "career!"

WE LOVE YOU!

Hiiiii gang! The Bikini Bottom Bad Boys are back again reviewing two more classic episodes of Spongebob Squarepants!!!

In No Free Rides, we follow Mrs. Puff down a dark road as she decides to give Spongebob his driver's license, and we all know that he is NOT ready to be on the road. Spongebob's parents only complicate matters when they buy Spongebob a brand new boat-mobile! This is gonna get messy!

I'm Your Biggest Fanatic answers the age old question of "what happens when sea sponge meets sea cucumber?" Don't check the kitchen, just check out this episode as we answer this question and have a rowdy good time doing it. Follow Spongebob in his quest to join the prestigious "Jellyspotters" led by a cantankerous cucumber by the name of Kevin!

Thanks ya'll!

Greetings gang! Are you ready for snow? Well you better get ready because this week The Bikini Bottom Bad Boys are taking it to the Treedome, and yeah, there's a whole bunch of snow on the ground! Why snow? Where is Sandy? Who is the real Dirty Dan? Hit play on this episode to have all of those questions answered and more as we review Survival of the Idiots!

Following the idiots is a tale as old as time. Friends... companions... lovers... everything is fine one minute, and the next minute you're DUMPED!!! Things get a little mucky when a fierce love triangle forms between Spongebob, Patrick, and an unlikely thrid, Gary the Snail! You aren't gonna want to miss us laugh and cry (but mostly cry) over this one. Oh Gary why did ya have to go?
