“Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re probably right.” Henry Ford. What’s your story? What have you been telling yourself that you believe to be true. What if that story wasn’t actually the truth? Would you make difference choices? Have a completely different life? It’s possible. But is it also possible to change your story? If you think it’s too late; that may actually be one of the stories you’re telling yourself. 

We all have heroes in our life, some are obvious and others, not so much. Do you know who it is in your life that you consider to be your hero? Here’s a story about my hero and why I am continuously inspired by her. 

Many of us are spending more time at home than ever before. Cabin fever is real, and many feel the need to “get away”. Something that is also very difficult right now. So how can you make your home your getaway? Here are some ideas. As well as navigating every day life in a way that’s as “normal” as possible; while embracing and accepting the “new normal”. 

What is actual motivation? What motivates us? And an even better question; how do we become motivated when we are not motivated to become motivated? Motivation is what drives us, so how do we move forward during those times when our motivation seems to have skipped out on us? Now more than ever, the drive to keep moving forward is fleeting. There is one way that I know works; and I come back to it every time my level of determination seems to sink to new lows. 

Restoring faith in humanity. You hear it all the time, when faced with a good moment either on the news or in social media. But is humanity all that bad to begin with? I think we all have what it takes to heal the world and we come by it naturally. Humans are awesome and we need to remember that. Why are humans so awesome? Listen and find out.
