She is a licensed marriage and family therapist based in California. Laurie shares her story and her expertise when it comes to anxiety and ADHD and how her background as a remarkable endurance athlete has helped shape her journey throughout the years, which included her own personal tragedy back in 1987.

Laurie is the author of the book "You're Not Crazy: Living with Anxiety, Obsessions and Fetishes". Laurie, who was inducted into the Ventura County Sports Hall of Fame back in 2017, also tells us about the new book she is working on.
