His Dad was an entrepreneur so he was no stranger to working in small businesses. He did everything from produce, tires, insurance, real estate and finally jewelry. Failure was a big part of his story through out the years but now he is on the other side of failure and has 34 years of experience in the Jeweler business. He now owns and operates "Vincent Anthony Jewelers (has a nice Ring to it does't it) because years ago, he found the inspiration, drive and purpose he needed to start his own company after things went are awry. As some of you know, Coach Allan Trimble. The Jenks football legend and incredible man of God passed a few days ago. In Honor of Coach Allan Trimble's Life, we wanted to re-release the episode we originally shared back in July with you in his memory.

This was one of Coach Trimble's last interviews and he knew it. His words carry weight. He spoke with intention and purpose, leaving us with a message he wanted to make sure we heard before he wasn't around to tell us in person.

Today we mourn the loss of a great friend but we will remember his legacy forever!

In this episode, we were graced with the presence of a Legend. Coach Allen Trimble came and recorded a podcast with us and it was nothing short of gold. Coach really opened up in this recording and he gives a lot of info you might not know. He shares his back story, his love story, what it was like behind the scenes of winning championships, coaching young athletes, and he more than candidly shared some of what it has been like to go from a winning Coach to someone facing the battle of ALS.  Despite the opposition he has been experiencing with the illness, he is doing amazing things to make an impact on the world. Not only does he share personal details of his life you will enjoy but he knows EXACTLY what his Why in life is now, where his value in life comes from, and as he shares, the words come out powerfully. Amy was unwilling to accept that diagnosis so she decided to do whatever was required to be around and be healthy for her child's future. She started exploring holistic methods to heal yourself After getting down to 110 lbs, eliminating all 10 medications, she is now a Certified wellness and cannabis coach. She uses the knowledge from her certifications and experience from her journey to help people achieve optimum wellness.

There is a lot of relationship advice talk throughout this episode as well as helpful wellness education you won't want to miss whether you are as knowledgeable as they come or ignorant like the rest of us.

In light of #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth in October, we speak with Sheila  about being diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2014 in Part 2 of  “Cherish Every Moment", 

She encourages, educates and informs any listeners who might be in need of the insights from her experience with Breast Cancer. However, this topic isn't the only subject Allie and Sheila cover in part 2.

Allie steers the conversation towards talking about having a safe place. We all need a place we can go to, to be alone to think, digest, and process anything going on in our lives. If we’re going to live a Strong Lyfe, we are going to have to take time for ourselves even when we’re busy with our family and careers.

You will know exactly why we asked Sheila to do the show. She shares a lot of difficulties she's been through but not from the place of being a victim.
