Sara Howe is a dog mom, wife, certified occupational therapy assistant, certified personal trainer & certified health coach.

The unique thing about Sara is that she’s a stroke & traumatic brain injury survivor due to a car accident when she was 19 years old. After going through a near death experience & going through recovery from all of her injuries she has a new perspective on life.

During her recovery she realized the importance of taking care of mental health & after going through her own disordered eating struggles she has now started her own business to help women to discover their best selves.

We both agree that our health isn’t a quick fix & it’s not like Amazon prime where it shows up in two days. Health is a life long commitment & one that Sara is very passionate about & believes that she has found her true calling.
