Aaron Owens Mayhew is a registered dietitian and ultralight long-distance backpacker with nearly 20 years of experience as a hiker and nutrition expert.  In 2017, she quit her job and began preparing for her first thru-hike. During this process, Aaron realized how uniquely qualified she was to plan and prepare meals for outdoor athletes and decided to put her skills to the test.

Dr. Nicole Lussier, PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist and the owner/founder of Body in Motion, LLC, a digital health and wellness coaching platform. Given  her unique background she is a coach who specializes in working with athletes suffering from chronic pain. She is a certified yoga instructor as well and incorporates mindset into her coaching methodology. Nicole firmly believes that health is wealth and has a passion for weight lifting, nutrition, and personal finance.

THIS episode is so incredibly important. My friend Ingrid who I have known since 2008 sat down with me to talk INCREDIBLY candidly about her experience, struggle and recovery with alcohol addiction. 

Her story, message and knowledge that she is conveying is so incredibly important.

Addiction does not have one particular look. It does not discriminate. Just because you haven't hit rock bottom doesn't mean there might not be a problem. If you are struggling get help. If you know someone who is struggling--offer help.
