I sat down for a chat with fell runner, and fellow Salomon Ambassador, Jacob Tonkin. Jacob is also the man behind Tonkin Massage Therapies. He offers a wide variety of treatments such as sport injury rehabilitation, myofascial releases, scar tissue treatment, pre and post event massage, kinesiology taping and general aches and pains.
During this chat we discuss how Jacob got into fell running, his experience of being diagnosed with Crohns Disease and how that effected his life and his long road back to full fitness. We also discuss some of the most common injuries that runners suffer from, how to avoid trips to the physio and how we can look after ourselves better.

I sat down for a chat with my good friend, James Carnegie. James is a UK based photographer and director, specializing in Commercial and Documentary visual content for over 20 years. James has worked with brands such as Strava, Adidas, Nike, Stance, Red Bull and many more. James is also a keen trail and ultra runner, using his knowledge of the sport to capture emotive and engaging content in a unique way. We discuss how James manages to juggle taking on huge challenges such as the Marathon Des Sables, while at the same time capturing the story around him. James also gives some awesome advice on how to create engaging content on platforms such as instagram, and we share some stories from adventures we've been on together over the years.
