Struck By Enlightenment

You may have felt internally that you were not good enough - so you changed some aspect externally to receive approval to feel good enough. This lead you to believe your way isn't good enough and therefor thinking you need to change who you are. Today we learn how to look back and ask yourself where you learned to feel this way, so that you can discover who you are, beyond the judgment that took you away from YOU.

Old beliefs can start to frame how you look at yourself and life. They can be so hidden that you don't even know they are there. More often than not, if things are not happening in your life as you wish them to be, there is a challenge inside you that is blocking that freedom of expression in this life. Let's look deeper into why identifying old beliefs is so important.

When we invite someone else into our lives, hoping to expand our lives, and nothing is happening in the way of communication to do that - more often than not we need to look at the other person not wanting to communicate back. Today we are talking about communicating with people you may feel don't know how to communicate and what you can do to keep the dialog open so that you can be heard and understood.

When you find yourself in the same relationship over and over attracting the same types of people into your life - ask yourself, what am I learning about the challenges inside my life and what am I willing to do to heal them or live with them? Today we will talk about why we attract the people we attract.

The would SHOULD is important, it alerts you to expectations. Expectations are put upon you and are an external focus (which are limitations). When talking about self-mastery we move from an external focus to an internal focus. The internal focus is where you can identify the experience you wish to have. In self mastery you then live the experience you wish to have. Moving beyond expectations is a critical piece to your freedom as those limitations are not OF you.

We have all heard the phrase "It's not what you say. It's what you do." I have even heard the reverse. If there is any ego involved then I'm doing and looking externally for the impact or reaction - in fear that if we don't go good enough then we are not going to be seen as good enough. In truth we are beyond good enough. So how can we just BE who we are - do vs. be.

When we talk about self-mastery we must go beyond the thoughts to know what is going on inside. Your thoughts will tell you whats going on inside. In self-mastery we learn to attend to the thoughts as a doorway to the emotion, and then we want to tend to the emotion and learn from where it came. All fear-based emotions create our challenges. In self-mastery, this is exactly what we want to look at.

You can't free yourself from something you don't accept exists. Challenges are always associated with fear-based emotions. This exists in all of us. In Self-Mastery you learn to master those challenges by asking "from where does this come?" As you learn to do this you begin to open yourself to freedom. In that freedom you learn who you are in truth.Understanding Self-Mastery Part 1

When we start to know we come into this life from the energy of pure love, everything that makes up love in our world is inherently a part of this energy from which we come. We call that energy a soul, and it inhabits this life. So that truth is of that energy. In mastery what we look at is how illusion aligns with fear and how the substantial truth aligns with love. We weren't taught to look inside ourselves and know why we wish to be who we wish to be. Who are you? It's time to unveil that now - to be heard and known, learning to speak from Self and not from Other. What old beliefs to we have that no longer serve us or define you?
