In this exciting episode I chat with Juliana Jaramillo about her adventures as a child in Colombia, what lead her to Australia and then into the life she now leads with a strong connection to God and spirit.
Juliana went on a retreat into Far North Qld with a group, hiking into the dense rainforest in Cedar Bay. The hike in was an 8 hour 16km trek and she decided to make the return trip alone and after 5 hours she lost the markers on the trail. She found after walking in circles for several hours that she was indeed lost and this could be the end for her.
After much self reflection Juliana realised that god was watching over her and had received guidance she would be there 5 days and 4 nights. This was to come true and on the 5th day with no food and only a natural spring of water to drink from Juliana was miraculously rescued.

In this episode we have a deep discussion around self harm, self esteem suicide, suppression and so much more.
Men have this uncanny ability to suppress, numb and avoid any emotion or connection to pain. We are taught to be physically strong which is great but we need to decipher the difference between physical and emotional.
Within this chat we aim to get more men to open up, chat and connect to their inner self and unlock some deep rooted emotions that are causing havoc.

In this episode Emma McDonald and I have a great chat about connecting to the other side. The most intriguing things in life can be the mysteries and things we can't physically see. We are all energy and have so much hidden ability which can be unlocked when we learn to trust.
I recently did a personal reading with Emma and connected to my late father and great Uncle and it was quite profound, opening up some learnings for me to slow down, be more present, and spend more time creating with my hands around old cars and machinery where I am happy and content.
Emma is a holistic health coach, yoga instructor and medium.

Wow just wow.
In this episode I was awe struck as I spoke to Matt Grills about his thirst to be different throughout all his life's adventures.
From being in a band when young, never touching drugs, alcohol or cigarettes, to being in the police force, battling a brain tumor, then opening a very trendy café in the heart of Bargara, and spending much of his life being an Ultra Marathon runner, an activist and vegan plus inspiring many others to live their truth and hold a positive mindset.
Matt has completed many 100 to 200 mile runs, even running from Bargara to the Sunshine Coast when they opened their first coffee shop (over 300km) and in 2022 is planning to run from the most western point to eastern point of Australia.
5,000km – 100km a day for 50 days which will finish on his 40th birthday (10th November 2022) With no breaks. OMG.
This man is a machine and you have got to tune in. It is so impressive to see someone who is not swayed by society to live inside the box.
Follow Matt and his adventures below. Matt is also looking for sponsors for 2022.

In this episode we speak with ex-Australian Defence Force Soldier, Paul Warren, as he gives insight into life as an amputee. The once Australian Muay Thai Kick-Boxing Champion lost his leg to an IED explosion whilst on patrol in Afghanistan in 2009. The explosion not only claimed his leg, it also killed a fellow soldier and mate who was just metres away.
After being told by one doctor that running was not going to be an option, Paul wasn't settling for that story and found a genius doctor that got him sprinting. His never say never attitude found him competing at the Invictus Games, and captain team Australia!
Paul struggled with grief and guilt around the loss of his mate, was diagnosed with PTSD, and experienced an accidental overdose from prescription medication.
Paul’s story is one of courage and determination that you will most definitely draw inspiration from.
In Episode 15 we chat with Mel who has endured personal challenges, coming from a marriage, the dream home and business that seemed successful to the external to realising the life she had was not what she wanted.
