Dear heavens brain fog? As if we need any more problems to deal with right? Brain fog is real and it is a nuisance to have! My remedy is to start pampering yourself, put your health first. Prioritize your tasks and make sure that your health is always number one ❤️

There are so many things that we face and have to deal with in the classroom! So it’s smart and so beneficial to think about all that you deal with and start letting go of the things that no longer serve you in the classroom. Students need to be independent and responsible and the more you help them the less they will be able to become independent learners.
