Listen in as artist Courtney Alexander talks about “Dust II Onyx”, a tarot deck she created that celebrates the Black experience through the lens and tradition of this universal divination tool. The artist talks about her multi layered approach to creating art that inspires her to go big as a large person who is often expected to play small. We talk about sprit awakenings, heeding the call of divine projects and how she used Kickstarter to launcher her successful and revolutionary tarot deck. Pull up a chair and join our chat.

Join this fascinating conversation with the pioneer lifestyle-performer, artist and academic Ben Sander aka Brini Maxwell. Ben talks about his drag persona and hosting a subtly groundbreaking television show in the 90’s. and how he is now developing her into high art. We also talk about his collaborations with his mother and how working with his mentor has broadened his ideas about his work and himself as an artist.
