Gugs Mhlungu speak to Lecturer Water Engineering at UCT, Teboho Mofokeng on the findings of a University of Cape Town (UCT) study researching water management and reuse in Cape Town and willingness to pay up to 10% more on their water bills to use seawater to flush their toilets, as long as it doesn’t smell or stain their toilets.
