On this weeks episode we will be discussing a difficult and important topic: suicide among veterans. As a society, we have a responsibility to support and honor those who have served our country, yet we continue to see staggering rates of suicide among veterans.

It's time for us to have an open and honest conversation about this crisis.

We understand that it can be difficult to talk about suicide, but it's important to acknowledge that it is a serious issue that affects many people, especially those who have served in the military. It's heartbreaking to see our veteran friends struggling and feeling like there is no way out. We want to let them know that they are not alone and that there is always hope.

During this episode, we will be sharing stories and discussing the impact of suicide on veterans and their loved ones. We will also be exploring some of the reasons why veterans may be at a higher risk for suicide, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and the challenges of transitioning back to civilian life.

However, we want to emphasize that suicide is never the answer. We will be discussing resources that are available to veterans who may be struggling, such as the Veterans Crisis Line and other mental health services. We hope to empower our listeners to support and advocate for their veteran friends who may be in crisis.
