I've been learning so much about nutrition these days I can't want to share some of my new knowledge.  Plus what is with the word Extreme these days?  Every other product at the store or on TV is labeled extreme.

I dislike hearing stories without some specifics.  One recently frustrated me concerning someone's relation.

I see news stories on tv with people being arrested.  One thing I just don't understand?  Plus I now know if I have an accident and lose my big toe, I have a plan for what to do.

Why is it men for the most part have little say about how the inside of their home is decorated?  Wome get the final word on most things.  It's a problem that needs to be fixed.

I know what I like.  I'm sure you have your own likes and dislikes.  Everyone is different and some people just don't understand that.
