McLaren Launches a new car company with the MP4-12C. At a press conference in the McLaren Technology Centre based in Woking, UK, Chairman Ron Dennis confirmed McLaren Automotive’s ambition to compete head-to-head with the world’s best high-performance sports car brands. The MP4-12C is the first model in this range of lightweight, high-quality, mid-engined two-seat sports cars, and will be produced at the new £40 million McLaren Production Centre. Up to 1,000 12Cs will be produced in 2011 and will be distributed through a global network of dedicated McLaren retailers in all major markets. Chopin Vodka celebrates the 200 birthday of Frédéric Chopin at the Raleigh Hotel on South Beach. The special edition bottle signed by many Hollywood celebrities will go on auction to help the Grammy Association in June 2010. Chopin Vodka has pledged $50,000 USD especially for this charity. She showed her Spring Summer 2010 collection at the InterContinental Hotel in Miami to benefit the Gaurdian Angels on her way to the Paris shows. She is the epitome of class and distinction!

Wilson Kimeli Naiyomah drew the international spotlight to his Maasai village in 2002, when tribal elders presented a herd of 14 cows to the people of the United States as a symbolic gesture after hearing his firsthand account of the terrorist attack on New York City on 11 September, 2001. The village's heartfelt act was reported worldwide and eventually prompted Naiyomah to collaborate with author Carmen Agra Deedy on a children's book, "14 Cows for America," released in the United States in August. On 26 September, Naiyomah will participate in the U.S. Library of Congress National Book Festival in Washington, D.C. Events include book signings and a White House reception for festival authors, hosted by President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. Raw video includes footage from the 2002 cow dedication.
