This week we attended the Rouge Invitational a CrossFit sanctioned competition featuring some of the top competitors from last year's CrossFit Games. Donning our Icelandic Dottir merch we headed into the stands to witness amazing feats of strength and get some serious fitness motivation. This week we dove into the wild world of falconry. Yes, you read that right falconry. Its not only done at Medieval Times locations, but it is a true hunting sport actively practiced today. We went to the Ohio School of Falconry to try our hand at interacting with these beautiful birds of prey. This week we hunted some eggs, grabbed a cuddle and coffee at the world's most adorable cat cafe, and played to our hearts content in a retro arcade.  Join us as we level up our weekend with these three amazing activities.

This week we attempted to escape the most puzzling and encrypted location. With the help of Jon Snow, we were able to escape to see the light of day once again. So, that may have been a bit dramatic, but we did attempt to complete a very difficult escape room. Our gamemaster and the King of the North were the true MVP of this tale.

This week we attempted the ancient art of spelunking. Have you ever wanted to spend a day in a dark cave waiting for things to pounce from out of the darkness?  Well that's just what we did! We went to Carter Caves in Kentucky where we traversed large hills, fallen trees, and even discovered a furry friend.  Come join us on our adventure through a self-guided tour of a very short cave.

This week we attempted something that dare I say was pretty...lit. That's right we tried our hand at candle making. We put our sniffers to the test to create some custom scents at The Haute Wick Social. Listen till the end to find out how to win one of the candles we poured just for you.
