I had the pleasure of talking with Jas Takhar. For those who don't know him, he is the Founder of the #1 Real Estate sales team in Canada for Royal LePage, and he and his team have done over $1.6b in sales, closing over 500+ transactions during the pandemic. Jas knows a lot about creating a brand; he took all that he learned from founding REC and has spent the last three years building his own personal brand. He now hosts the Jas Takhar Podcast and would like to share the open and honest process on how he was able to build a loyal following while propelling his team to the #1 position in the country. We talk about building authentic businesses, and how the human qualities that make us imperfect just might be the most important ones to highlight.
I had the privilege to chat with Jonathan McLernon. There are a million great things I could say about him, and we talk about mindset, helping others, and being real. You can learn more about Jonathan below as well as access some of his resources.

I chat with Lyn Lubic: The Essential Home Healer about essential oils and how they work. I used to be in the "oils are dumb and don't work" to the "My kids are stuffed up and can't sleep so I'm grabbing the oil." and it was nice to talk to someone who sells them to investigate DoTerra a little more. You can find Lyn's site at www.mydoterra.com/essentialhealer or email her at [email protected] for your essential oil needs.
I talk with Michael Overlie about his business Dogs and Men. Michael helps successful men find fulfillment by using healing practices with their dogs. You can find more out about this at www.dogsandmen.com
I talk with Dusty Massey about outsourcing HR needs and getting cheaper benefits for employees, as well as: alligators, golf, and firing employees. If you have a growing business and have HR needs, Give Dusty a call.
I talk with David Blumstein about childhood trauma, unlearning the false stories we tell ourselves, and how to regain control of things we thought we had lost. David teaches primarily children and teens, but has also done work with parents and families.
I talk with Louise Harris about ghostwriting, poems, cookbooks, and more. We even go back to a time before the internet in out conversation. Louise was a lot of fun, and I guarantee you'll enjoy this episode too.
I talk with Marilynn Carter, who is an energy healer and also happens to own her own publishing company. We talk about sending energy long distance, different types of Jitsu, using energy healing on skeptical nurses, and more.
I get the pleasure of speaking with Lambert Egbuchulam who is creating a new platform for businesses called BAU (short for Business As Usual). It's a clever twist on content and advertising for small businesses and connecting them with consumers. We chat about how Youtubers make money, being interrupted and how that should affect us, and a entirely new way to get paid to advertise.
I talk with Lauren Shepard about Payment Processing, her career path from marketing, and how the IRS has buckets of money just waiting for businesses who have W-2 employees and slogged it out during the covid years.
