Yo yo yo!! Season 2 of the Success Ain’t Random Podcast has officially started and you know we had to kick things off with a banger this week! Everyone has been trying to get a hold of this man and I got him.  The coolest guy on the planet. Mr. “playboy” himself. High Hefner. I got a chance to tap in with him about his new project and his journey as H-town artist. In this episode, I sit down with my boy, Aaron Mulligan, better know as Director Fresh, hours before an early screening of the season finale to his new series “Black Blood”. While an amazing team of cast members and friends from all over Lake Charles La. come together to bring this celebration to life, we chop it up about how all this came to be. Fresh speaks about what got him into film and the drive he has to keep going. He also touches on how important it is to have a strong team around you and the benefits of facing your fears head on. In this episode, I got a chance to tap in with artist, producer, and my long time friend Xai Stevens a. k. a. Balhead. We discuss everything from what got him into music, what he has learned from working with other artist, his upcoming project, personal demons and getting out of your own way! He also introduces me to a new artist that he is building with named Trap Baby and what that process is like. This was a dope conversation with a lot of self reflection. In this episode,  I stop by my homie Allen a.k.a BullyThaKidd’s studio. We discuss everything from how he got started or how he puts it, “the villian origin story”, to the growth of his YouTube channel, and his over all love and passion behind the bass.
