In the final episode of the week we help you develop your ability to reflect in a way that will promote innovation and creativity personally and for those you lead. Via Kirkpatrick's 4 Level model we'll discuss how you can encourage those in your team/group and/or organisation to reflect effectively and instigate change in a proactive way.

On today's show we had great fun looking at why developing a wide range of leadership styles, especially when leading through rapidly changing environments such as we are facing today. We look at a key resource in the Leadership Well: Fearne Cotton's Happy Place podcast and point listeners to a diagnostic tool they can access to profile where there leadership is right now and what they might do to improve.
