Productivity Tuesday - Building on last week's work on Theory of Constraints today we looked at Kanban as an approach to help improve productivity, innovation and quality. We explored the two key principles and shared how you can adopt this approach into your work and the work of your team. Coaching Corner gave you a chance to focus on your productivity using a kanban lens.
