Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

So throughout our lives we may go through situations and we wish it was great but the fact of the matter is we all go through trials and tribulations but God gives us a promise in Romans 8:28 that He will turn things around.

Weather its forgiving someone else or yourself, forgiveness is an area the we need to practices in our lives in order to free ourselves or others from offences against us. 

Forgiveness is the intentional and voluntary process by which a someone undergoes a change in feelings and attitude and closes to let go of negative emotions such as vengefulness, recompense or any form of punishment towards the offender.
