Maturing in Christ doesn’t happen by accident.  It takes purposeful work on your part.  Though we all grow as time passes, We want to make sure that we are maturing in our thinking, our behavior and that we are applying Godly principles in our lives.  There are a few scriptures in the bible that you can use to determine if you are maturing in Christ or not and today we are going to go over them.  You can use this episode as a measuring stick to see how you measure up to the word regarding maturing in Christ.  If you only get a passing grade for a few of these verses, that’s ok... It’s just there to show you home much work God and you have to do to be all that God has made you to be.

God loves marriages.  The devil hates it and has been trying to get in and destroy it from Genesis.  God has given us his word to help us to protect our marriages so that we can follow and be observant when the devil tries to tempt us to fall into adultery or sexual immorality.  It is up to us to keep our attention focused on our spouse and not fall into the temptation of sexual sin or adultery.

With Valentines day next week, I thought to release this episode today for those who are still waiting to find your spouse. This is such an important decision and with all the complexities that come with life, prayer is essential when you are deciding who you want to get married to. Today we almost don’t see marriages lasting until death does us part but at the drop of a hat people want to shout the D word and end the relationship. Approaching this season in your life is important to making a good decision as it relates to who you will get married to

In everything that we do we are faced with decisions. We have to know how to approach those decisions and know how to make the right decision in any key moment.
