Success on Purpose Podcast with Chris Creary

We have to work.  God didn’t place us on the earth just to lazy around and do nothing.  He created us to be creative and produce something.  2 Thessalonians‬ ‭3‬:‭10‬ says “For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: “The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat.”  The reason Paul said is because he didn’t want lazy people becoming a burden on the rest of the community.  So whether you have a job or your own business. Or if you are an investor. You are to work to bring increase and produce something.  Let’s see what the Bible says about working.

I don’t talk about money much on this platform but that doesn’t mean it’s not important. In fact money is very essential in everything that we do. But God is our main source. In todays episode I’m going to talk about what our view on money should be.

You may have heard that we should seek Gods face and not his hands. ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29‬:‭13‬ says, “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”

But how do we do that.  In todays episode I’m just going to go over a few ways that you can seek the face of God and draw closer to him on a closer relationship.  There for sure are more ways that you can do this but I’m going to cover only 4 ways today.  You should pray and ask Holy Spirit to reveal more ways that you can seek him.

Happy New Year. Welcome to 2025.

What I love to do every new year is spend some quiet time seeking God and finding some foundational verses that I can use as a focus for the rest of the year. In this episode I went over some of my verses. You can use these verses for yourself or you can find your own. But I encourage you to seek God for some direction and focus as we step into 2025.

Merry Christmas!!

One thing that is essential to effective Christian living is our confidence in God.  God never fails. What the enemy will try to do is get us to lose our confidence or faith in Gods ability to come through for us.  Today we’re going to talk about having confidence in God and I hope this encourages you like it encouraged me

God has given us dominion and he expects us to walk in it.  What has happened though is we have allowed the enemy to trick us into thinking that we don’t.  This is a lie and a trick of the enemy.

There is power in purity. If you can master your flesh and your desires you will see that you’ll operate in another level.  This is especially important for men.  Live by the spirit and you won’t fulfil the list of the flesh.
