Clayman is the founder and president of Partners N Promotion, a boutique promotional, premium incentive and online recognition products company that she founded in 2008.

When she founded the company, Clayman had more than 25 years of experience selling and servicing promotional product and recognition program customers around the country. But her entrepreneurial path was an unlikely one. She didn't go to college, married young and was a stay-at-home mom through her mid-20s. After her divorce, however, she pursued sales, a career her father had pursued successfully.
