Successful Witches: Spice + Smut + HEA's

Welcome to Successful Witches … a podcast for Indie Romance lovers and writers where we're obsessed with Spice + Smut + Happily Ever Afters

Please welcome in to the podcast my dear friend and fellow smutty-book-witch, Nicole Middleton

This is going to be our regular segment where we'll be coming in with our spiiicccyyyyy book recommendations, with us essentially raving about a book we've both loved!

In our first episode together, we share a little bit about how our mutual love of steamy books first started with me pestering Nicole until she read the book we're talking about today… and the rest is history. Nicole is also one of my incredible Beta Readers for my Nocturnal Hearts series.

We decided our chaotic WhatsApp messages to each other screaming about the books we were both reading should really be recorded… and now we're here gracing you all with our obsession for indie romance… you're welcome 😉

OUR RECOMMENDED SPICY READ THIS WEEK:

THE WARLORD WANTS FOREVER - by our Queen of steamy paranormal romance herself: Kresley Cole

This is book one in the Immortals After Dark series - where each book is a standalone, but interconnected within the ongoing IAD world. At the time we recorded this episode there are currently 19 books published in the series, with many more yet to come from the brilliant mind of Kresley Cole!

"Bride, this is embarrassing. I think I've caught you staring at my cock" - Nikolai Wroth

Brace yourself… Myst the Coveted and Nikolai Wroth's story is one that dives straight in the deep end of classic Kresley Cole steam, humour, and intricate plot! We are both obsessed (and you can enjoy listening to us both cackle over book quotes and descend into as many euphemisms for 🍆 as possible - who let us behind a microphone?!)… TWWF is a perfect intro into the IAD world, being a quick read-fast burn to give you a taster that will whet your appetite and definitely leave you wanting more.

***TWs: As with any book we recommend on the Podcast, please make sure to check any content warnings beforehand - this book is a paranormal romance with lots of explicit sex, supernatural MMC unalivers you'll grow to love, and in many cases there will be dark elements explored such as dubious consent, power dynamics, kink exploration and more.

FYI, witches - these are not reviews or book ratings! So don't expect us to give you a 'scale' or anything like that. Everyone's book rating system is subjective and we're just here to share our love of Indie Romance. Any book we recommend on Successful Witches is one we have both read, loved, and want to rave about endlessly. Contents will most definitely be HOT. They are all extra spiccyyyyyyyyy with wide open door explicit 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶
