On Saturday, Carlow play Limerick in the NFL Division 4 final. Captain, Ruth Bermingham looks forward to a trip to Birr and reflects on the drama surrounding their semi-final win over Fermanagh. 
"Such a proud moment," she said but in her own words it was the longest ten minutes of her life when she was sin-binned in the second half.  It all ended well and she is enjoying the build-up to one of the biggest matches of her footballing career.
