Know your value. Don’t base your self worth on the action, opinions, and feedback of others Praise is wonderful and it can certainly be a gauge of how you’re doing, but there are many other ways to be appreciated and valued.

We live in a world of Facebook, texts, and email. Gone are the days of hand written letters, phone calls and conversation. Something has been lost. That something is manners. There is no social etiquette anymore. People hide behind computers and belittle and berate one another. That’s what I’m talking about in this episode with a touch of Halloween.
