As the war continues in Sudan medical experts have warned the region could be facing its worst cholera outbreak in 25 years. 

A power struggle between the military and the Rapid Support Forces has left more than 40-thousand people dead.

Many areas have experienced famine and the demands on aid organisations have never been greater.
