Narcondam Hornbill
Ingredients
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup water
1 sprig of rosemary
4 figs
6 oz gin
Lemon juice
Ice

Instructions
1. Make the smash: in a pot, heat up sugar, water, and rosemary until sugar has dissolved
2. Then strain into a blender and add in figs 
3. Blend with a few pulses
4. Pour smash mixture, gin, lemon juice, and ice in a shaker
5. Shake shake shake
6. Strain into two glasses
