What do the gifts we give say?  The Magi traveled far and gave gifts that spoke into the future, specifically Jesus’ future.  On this Epiphany Sunday, join us as we give generously like the wise ones!

Start the New Year off right with a Wesleyan Covenant Service and

Often Mary is depicted as a young, innocent girl, overwhelmed by what is transpiring. Mary was brave as she prophetically proclaimed that the established world would be right-sided as God's way of justice would be established. She boldly sings that the hungry will be fed and the ill healed. Join us as we look to Mary as a prophet and brave faith leader. Though she be but little, she is fierce.

When your friend tells you that you can just drop them off at the top of the neighborhood and they will walk home - what do you do? When your children ask you for a new pair of socks to replace the holey ones - what do you do? When your neighbor asks you to shovel just their front walk - what do you do?

In each of these, the nice response is to do what is socially expected, follow your friend's directions, buy a pair of socks for your children, and shovel the walk. To be kind is to see beyond expectations to offer care and respect.

Join us on Sunday as we explore how Joseph went beyond societal expectations at the time to be truly kind and assist in preparations for the birth of Christ.

Today is the last Sunday of the Christian year.  As we look back over the last year and take stock, what blessings will we carry into the new year as Advent begins next week?  What blessings can we count on in the future?  Join us as we continue adding leaves of blessings to our tree and give thanks for hope.

When mornings have a nip in the air and jackets are required, you might begin thinking and planning about warmer days. Many travel agents suggest that planning your vacation at the end of summer opens up the best deals. It also shifts your brain into anticipation and eagerness as you plan. The same is true with planning to share your resources and give. When you plan how you will give, there is inherent joy. Join us on Sunday as we plan for joy!

The first Sunday in October is Worldwide Communion Sunday.  Come with joy as we join siblings around the globe who share in communion today.  We are also celebrating the blessing of animals in worship.  Please bring your pets on leashes, in cages, or in tanks so that they might be most comfortable.  Come with joy to worship!
